Nine chapters. One clean route.

Use this launch guide as a spoiler-light campaign map. It confirms the chapter order and the core mechanics that cause early stalls, then sends boss questions to the dedicated fight guide.

Short answerThe campaign order is Hungover, Windy, Barn Boys, Sloprano, Bats Tower, Uga Buga, Spooky, It’s War, and Heist. Windy is the recurring hub, so a closed route often means another branch or cash objective must be completed first.

Campaign chapter order

  1. 01

    Hungover

Learn movement, the first Context Zone, high jump, hover, and the route into Windy.

  2. 02

    Windy

Treat this as the campaign hub. Check its branches and cash indicators before assuming a route is blocked.

  3. 03

    Barn Boys

Farm and barn puzzles lead into the Haybot encounter; watch for scene-specific Context actions.

  4. 04

    Sloprano

The Poo Mountain route ends with the Great Mighty Poo fight and its timed Context Zone throws.

  5. 05

    Bats Tower

A vertical route built around swimming, climbing, and tower navigation.

  6. 06

    Uga Buga

Caveman territory adds raptor riding, the lava race, and the Buga the Knut encounter.

  7. 07

    Spooky

The graveyard route changes the movement rules during its vampire-bat sequence.

  8. 08

    It’s War

A combat-heavy chapter with aiming, reloading, vehicles, and the Experiment fight.

  9. 09

    Heist

The final bank route leads to Heinrich and uses a scene-specific space-suit control set.

Spoiler boundary

This page names chapters, mechanics, and boss entrances but does not retell cutscenes. The separate boss page contains fight solutions.

Controls that unblock progress

The original manual makes one rule especially important: controls can change with the scene. These baseline actions remain the best checks when a path appears impossible.

  • High jump: hold the right trigger and press jump.
  • Hover: press and hold jump while airborne for the tail hover.
  • Context Zone: when the light-bulb cue appears, press the context/equip button. Later zones may also call for the manual action.
  • Swimming: surface regularly; underwater movement uses separate sink and rise inputs.
  • Cash check: the pause-screen cash icons indicate money in the current area, with uncollected pieces shown differently.

How to use this launch route

  1. Identify the chapter name shown by your current save.
  2. If you are in Windy, check both available branches and the local cash indicator before repeating the same door.
  3. When the light-bulb cue appears, treat it as a required scene-specific action rather than a decoration.
  4. For Haybot, Great Mighty Poo, Boiler, Buga, the Experiment, or Heinrich, open the boss pattern guide.
  5. If the PC build behaves differently from an older video, use the official manual for the underlying move, then recheck the Xbox PC page for current compatibility notes.
